Default Cold start problem

First off, i started seeing the problem after i installed the STR throttle body, i thought that it might be because i was running lean. I have a header, skunk-2 intake manifold with a stock fuel rail and injectors, if you can give me any advice or reason for this happening i would greatly appreciate it!

when it starts it idles soooo low that it cuts off, i have to give it gas and keep it revved up to about 900 rpms, it is acting like a cold start only because it takes sooo long to warm up too.

B16a, is that the hole that the original throttle body had at the top? that the extra line went into? if so, how could i fix/bypass this problem?
