idle problem

my car idles at 2 flat'
i changed the throttle body and i got a new gasket for it.
what can be the problem

is that when you start up a cold start? or when its warm and ides at 2 the whole time?

was the timing done right?

turn the distributor a bit??

or it might be the vacum hoses

btw If your cars cold the idels will be higher at the start as the ecu is adjusting it and your collant to heat up your motor
