Default Cold start problem

First off, i started seeing the problem after i installed the STR throttle body, i thought that it might be because i was running lean. I have a header, skunk-2 intake manifold with a stock fuel rail and injectors, if you can give me any advice or reason for this happening i would greatly appreciate it!

when it starts it idles soooo low that it cuts off, i have to give it gas and keep it revved up to about 900 rpms, it is acting like a cold start only because it takes sooo long to warm up too.
