Default B16 turbo

Ok, so im about to buy a CRX and its getting a b16a thrown in. Now i was wondering if i were to turbo the b16, and leave all the internals stock, what would be a good turbo set up to run safe levels of boost for a daily driven car? Im only lookin to run about 10 psi on a T3/T4 turbo....do u think this is reasonable?
