good fuel, engine management with a good tune, 75 shot and your itr should last.

You're going to need to do a lot of research on nitrous if you want to do this yourself.
Do you have a tuner that's familiar with nitrous?

It can be very reliable if it's setup correctly.
I would keep it at a 50-75 shot for your first nitrous setup.

go through the nitrous thread in the forced induction section, there's plenty of info in that thread to get you going.

Retainers have nothing to do with nitrous. Also, call it 'nitrous', not 'noz' or 'nos', it makes everyone who knows what they're talking about face-palm at you.

If you're on stock 240 injectors and using a dry kit, you'll need bigger injectors. If you're using a wet kit (a nozzle for nitrous AND fuel) you can keep the stock ones. A 'street tune' by someone who knows what they are doing and reads the plugs after each pull "should" work...dyno is probably better, just because it's a controlled environment and who knows how much experience a street tuner has...

You will not need to upgrade fuel rail, but you may want to upgrade the pump to a 255lph. Go 1 step colder plugs. What tuning software are you using?

Ok my bad lol i will call it Nitrous an Im thinking of using a wet kit the only reason I asked about the retainers is because my friend suggested that i upgraded to some crower ones so I won't bend any valves he said. Only reason why ima do street tune is because I'm in Mexico don' know if there's any good tunners with dynos for Hondas here was thinking of asking somene from San Diego to come do it for me. So far ima get the nitrous kit then an fuel pump 255 you said an ima use a p28 chipped my friend said I can use my ECU I'm just gonna need to tune the chip is that right? Or am I gonna need s300? Sorry for the trouble an all the questions I'm just trying to do things right an not blow my ITR an also I'm not gonna use the nitrous all the time only when I need it lol 😂😂😂

S300 would be the best by far. Retainers don't effect valves really, it's the valvesprings that do, and you don't need to change anything in the valvetrain unless you're planning on revving higher than stock. Since your friend said to upgrade retainers "so you won't bend valves", I would seriously consider not taking a single thing he says about cars seriously. He doesn't know what he's talking about, at all.

Honestly, unless you do a solid read-through on the Official Nitrous Thread in the Forced Induction section, I do not think your engine will last. I have a done a ton of research myself, and I only know about nitrous anecdotally, I haven't used it myself. But I know it's not good to half-*** a nitrous build.
