Nozzzz direct port

How much can i give noz on a stock jdm itr engine with direct port.Should it be safe to give it 75 shot or go to 100?
NB:I've changed the ecu to stock

People have sprayed a 100 shot on ITR motors before. Safe would be a 75 shot though. WIth a 75 shot you might actually have some chance in hell of hooking up.
