Default Purge & pressure cut-off solenoid valve ??

If i remove those 2 solenoid valves,
and all the surrounding hoses from them ?
will my engine run differently, or give me problems ??

Do you have a throttle body with a MAP sensor on top? If the answer is no then yes.

You can remove the purge valve, map sensor and charcoal canister if you have a MAP sensor mounted on the throttle body.

Your engine won't run different with the charcoal sensor delete, however it will not be helping the environment.
There is a line from the charcoal canister that goes to the fuel tank to collect fuel vapors.
Under certain circumstances when the engine isn't doing much, the ECU opens up the purge cut solenoid to introduce those collected vapors to combustion.

If you delete the canister, you are supposed to leave that hose open to atmosphere so pressure doesn't build up in your fuel tank (unless you have a fuel cap that is truly vented).
Pressure build up will be obvious as simple as having the car parked in the sun on a hot day.
Also, the fumes coming from the tank will need to go somewhere. Don't be surprised if you smell them in your cabin or in a closed garage.

it goes straight to the intake manifold
