Default Assistance Needed: Shifter Linkage misalignment

It's in neutral.
ok I really hope I didn't get sold the wrong shift linkage. B18A1 GSR transmission 1996 DC4 Integra coupe. Any small things too look for? Or anything I should know about? Previous owner put in a short shifter.

That or it is bent, only other possibility is engine/transmission is sitting forwards of stock position, [not sure how that would happen] 94

can I look at a vin number on the shift linkage? Where would it be located at? And if I have to change the shifter itself am I going to have to take the whole shift linkage out? That bitch pin was a real bitch lol

Part number maybe, don't know if and where it would be.
I guess there is also a possibility the change rod, #13 is the wrong part and it is too long. 94

took some pics. Think the exhaust shield is bent. But things don't exactly look right. Exhaust shield and the linkage are touching
