Ahh bumper fitment, aint it a bitch. Slips and gabe
Having all OEM bumper, fenders, headlights, corners, and bonnet helps
For fender to bumper, remove the plastic tab and screw and replace with 10mm bolts (use the bolts from the top of your fenders if you have replaced them with something cleaner), appropriate washers and a nut.

Ugghhhhh!!!!! I'd pay alot of money for that type of fitment. I literally hate my car because of it.
Thanks guys! I spent ages making sure it was right
Too bad it doesnt look like that at the moment, everything is apart and it has no motor
I wouldnt worry too much chef, everyone has parts of their car that they hate - theres no such thing as the perfect civic, these suckers are heading on 20 years old now
Really? should be a piece of cake - the 11 oem bolts hold it nice and tight to the front bar. The lip actually is supposed to look like it tails off towards the end of the bumper - thats just how it sits when the bumper retains the oem black under section.

Everyone seems to have Kuhmo Estcas. They're pretty cheap and they don't completely suck. I'd say its worth it for the $53 a peice.
My personal favorites for daily tires are Yokohama S Drives and Dunlop DZ101s. Both are fairly sticky and handle well in wet conditions!

However...that is not the method I use.
I use the oem style u-nuts with long 10mm bolts for the back part of the bumper, (right next to the wheel well). I get them all from my local hardware store, (ACE Hardware)

Now up near the corner light, (just behind it, back an inch or so...there is a 10mm bolt that holds the fender to the frame of the car. Remove that bolt and add some bigger washers, (if you replace it with a longer bolt it's easier to get it started)...this needs to pinch the upper lip piece of the bumper up against the fender.

I had both sides on my eg pretty perfect until I ripped my bumper off pulling out of my driveway; the bolt came right through the hole in the fender and bent the tab. BTW I have a BNIB driver side eg fender and milano red passenger door with 1 ding in it just sitting in my basement if anybody needs them...
