Ordered a set of EG LCA's w/ EK Bushings.

Initially, I couldnt get anyone to take my order. Called many shops. Finally JHP took the order (February 4th).

Told me it would be 7-10 business days before they would ship.

For alittle while Adrian (Owner of F7) kept correspondence. That was until the 13th of February, as that was his last response.

Of course, you can ring their phone off the hook and leave messages until your hearts content without a pickup or call back. Been down that road.

Called JHP today, AGAIN, since I was told I would have a tracking number in my email on Monday.

No tracking number and no response from Adrian on my end.


One more week and I will be canceling my order. Seems like the "Best" cant produce and I am tired of waiting.

Nothings really changed with them.

When I first inquired, I was rudely told I should have bought the right coilovers in the first place.... O_o

Then when I called the other day to see what new excuse I was going to be fed, I got in a dick measuring contest with the guy. Tried to pretty much pass the buck on to F7 without JHP taking any responsibility.

All around, I will avoid doing business with either company.

Been a learning experience at that.

 

Dam serious. I guess I was lucky then. Ordered my F7 LCA's and subframe brace with out any difficulties. I even got some advice from them about which ss lines to get for my rear disc conversion and what I need to get do and get to BAR the ITR. Well hopefully you get your parts bro.
