1sicef9 sold the item in the above thread to myself and another member. neither of us have received the item nor any recent response.

below are the events that occurred.

I contacted him via pm regarding the thread above. agreed on a price and sent paypal payment 10/9/11. nothing from seller.

Contacted him 10/11/11 asking if payment was received and when to expect shipment.

Finally heard from him 10/14/11. Said he had been really busy but would ship that day.

Contacted him 10/19/11 to ask for a tracking number.

10/20 he responded that he was going to go to the post office because the item should have been received already.
10/22 i asked him how the post office went, no response

10/29 i went to my post office to ensure that the package was not being held by them and sure enough there wasnt anything at the post office. i contacted him. said i understand he is busy but would like an update on the status of the package. No response

10/31 added a post to the for sale thread stating i had paid for the item and not heard anything.
Another member responded and stated he had also sent 1sicef9 money and had not heard back from him in over a week.
11/1 requested paypal payment refund

I have yet to hear anything back from 1sicef9 since 10/20. He is on the forum typically once a day since our transaction began.

Found out this guy is on b20vtec also. He is "selling" the ems there also.

lesson learned

figure i'd at least get word out about this guy so he doesn't try to pull it with other people.
