- realize that what you type here lasts a long time if not forever because of search engine caches.
- do not post unless you are absolutely, positively sure you have a damn issue. this is no joke in here - we made this sub-forum for legit concerns and there has been a rash of people rushing to accuse instead of taking the time to assure themselves there really is an issue. that is considered abuse.
- all of that said, we are not ebay or paypal. we don't have the ability or desire to take sides in these things. do not PM the staff with a long explanation or requests to take sides. we can't and won't get personally involved in the situation. hash it out in the thread. on rare occasion we can help broker a compromise, but that tends to be situations where there is a stalemate but both sides are expressing a desire to solve the issue. if something is actionable, then it is up to you to take that course with your counsel.
- if there is a pattern of trouble, users will be removed permanently.
