FS: Ported + polished 1998 d16y8 cylinder head, done by Portflow w/ Crower Springs/retainers, and Su
I had these wild visions of grandeur about making my Civic a little quicker, and I got pretty close to compiling all the parts I was going to need to make an entire top end swap of my y8, but after a few thousand dollars and losing interest, I've deciced to sell it all pretty much.
- Crower stage 2 n/a camshaft, part #63442Y, NIB - $230 shipped
- Edelbrock d-series fuel rail for Honda injectors, NIB - $100 shipped
- 96-98 y8 cylinder head, fully ported and polished, 3 angle valve job, hot tanked, new valve seals, new Supertech standard sized valves, Crower ti springs & retainers, milled .030". I just installed all new OEM Honda intake and exhaust manifold studs, and have all new OEM nuts for them as well. All total, head work cost me $1000, springs & retainers another $300, valves another $240, head cost me $100, all told it cost me roughly $1600, I have no plans for it now, and just want it moved outta here, will let it go for $1000 + shipping or BO.

**I also have the complete set of cam caps & rocker arm assembly, as well as the OEM y8 cam and cam gear. Cam caps must go with head, but will part out the rocker arm assembly, or will include it all with head if you are willing to take it.
- Pretty much every o-ring, seal, and gasket for the head and intake manifold, if you need anything, just ask, I probably have one.
Will provide pics of everything and anything as requested, will also provide references, and for the head will do anything within reason to make the buyer as comfortable as possible, I know that I would be uncomfortable dealing with that sum of money online as well and will do what I can to accomodate and make it as smooth and worry free for both of us.
Just a note - everything is new in box, but pretty much everything was removed once just to oogle over, and then put back, so while packaging may have been disturbed, everything is completely 100% brand new and unused and will come with all paperwork as originally packaged.
To contact me, email me at jlacoy82@comcast.net, PM me here on HT, AIM me as jlacoy82, or if you want to speak on the phone about anything, PM me and I will provide you with my telephone number.
I accept paypal, but will take a MO/Postal MO if thats more convenient for you, or makes your more comfortable doing it that way.
Bumps appreciated!!!
