wow. good work. and nice meter.
however. you only measured the DC voltages, which translates to DC resistance. I see all of them are well below 5 mV. and which is minimal.

here is the case. when the engine is revving up, the Ignition uses energy (or current) in an AC form. (sprk charge, spark) this AC form composes a AC voltage imposed on a DC voltage. a same wire has different resistance for AC and DC currents. the resistance for AC current depends on the frequencies of the AC, or the rpm of the car in this case. in order to measure the true effective resistance, a sampling resistor and a scope must by used for calculation respecting to the rpm.

The earth link system reduces this AC resistance (or impedance) by changing the inductive and capacitive charactoristics in the grounding system.

So what are you deducing from the information you provided above?

So have you decided on what color/colors it will be?
Looks like black will be the color of the wire. It is more of a smoked color...black in low light, smoked in bright light.

a multimeter can not justify any improvement in a electrical system. it is use for touble shooting and repaire work.

the earth link system reduces the over all ground impedance of a car.

i am trying to provide some info for people, so they can decide for them selves.
I will not buy the kit because I can make my own. It might be worth the mony for someone don't have elecrical tools to make one.
All mods = time and time = money.

I would like to begin accepting payment so that I may begin producing them and ship them so that people may recieve them by late December or early January. People on the list will be contacted for payment info (paypal) sometime tomorrow.

As soon as 8 people have paid me, I will start production.

Problem is you want to Dyno it all in the same day. My suggestion: Install the Grounding Kit BUT do Not connect the Extra Ground connections to the Battery, Only the Main ground wire to the frame. (Either the OEM one or the Ground Kits one, Shouldn't make a difference) Then Connect the grounds to the Battery terminal and Re-Dyno That way your car just had enough time to cool back down to the temps it was at the 1st time around
that way would work better.. good point mike.. thanks! that's the way i'll do the test of it..

i will send payment as soon as i know where to send it.. if you really want me to do this dyno test, so you can possibly sell even more, it would probably help to get mine sooner rather than later.. but whatever works! thanks tommy..

oh, and glad to hear about the wire color!

Unfortunately I'm a paypal newbie. And as the payments are currently getting sent in, I noticed that paypal is charging me $2 for the transaction fee. So, if people don't mind, please send me $42 instead of the original $40.

No payments have been accepted at this point. The payments are just sitting in my inbox waiting for my approval.

Sorry, $42 is the new price due to stupid paypal. They must be making a killing. Damn, why didn't I think of a online credit card service...

First off, no harm was meant in my post. ive seen tons of info being passed around about the wires, but have never seen before and after measurements, dynos, whatever, so, it got me curious.

props to tommy_guns for being an entrepenuer. im one as well and there is no harm in tryin to do good and make $ out of it.

94thundergrey. i can take some sample AC measurements and see what my results are. i think a few measurements will still give an idea of what kind of current (ac, or dc) is floating around in the car. ill also try to grab someone and do a few throttles revs, im sure that makes a difference, but since my tests were on a whim, and i only have two hands, it was the best i could do. a multimeter, like most equipment, can do before and after tests, or provide baseline tests. i have my baseline.

hey, if someone wants to donate the wires to me, ill do (already did) before and after tests.. ill even try to get over to drt (been meaning to see ralphy) and get a couple pre and post dyno runs. i just dont have the time to buy, cut and crimp wires.

like i said, best of luck tommy, do your thing. i meant no flames, only to share what i did, with my car. who knows, maybe the rsx has less floating current than the DC2's.

Someone IM'd me about how I installed the blue bling silicone hose to the stock rubber intake hose. I used a sanded down brass nipple. If you want one of these brass nipples, IM me again cause I got an extra one.

Hopefully I'll have enough money by the end of Thursday for me to begin buying supplies. I will keep everyone up-to-date on the production progress.

Just an update. I have recieved 6 payments, I need at least 2 more before I can start buying supplies (this stuff ain't cheap).

I will be using Lightning Audio wires and gold plated terminals. If I get supplies tomorrow, shipment will begin within a week.

I like to thank all those who have stepped up and sent me money ASAP. I will post pics as soon as I'm finished the first few sets.
