I bought mine from OPM in Cumming, GA. They are a standard pre-packaged ricer/racer parts but were pretty cheap and fit. Thought forever about making my own but these were cheap enough and existing so there is a point where you just save some time and bolt them on. I don't know how strong they'll be when pulled from much off-angle but from dead on they'll probably be fine.

I ended up getting a rather heavy-duty 1/2" "eye" bolt, 6" long. I also drilled a 1/2" hole through one bumper bracket bolt hole, and put a 2.5" bolt through it from the back side. Connected the 2 with a 1/2" barrel nut and some lock-tite. This way, I can unthread the eye bolt, if needed, before removing the front bumper.
This way, the "eye" barely extends beyond the bumper face.
I used marker red spray paint, also available at my local Lowes.
