What would you do??

What would you do??
Here is the situation I have found myself in
I currently have a EG civic, forged B16a2, running a "inline pro" manifold and a ebay GT30.
Running 380hp @ 1bar
Toda fightex coilovers
full camber setup
AD08r tyres
fully stripped
momo bucket
now, the whole purpose of this build was track use only. I am yet to go on track. being a winter project and UK having shitty weather so far this year, the build has pretty much been done and its ready to go.
but, although its ready as it is to go on the track now, options are always there and things have come available.
I have a few options for my next move and I dont know what to go for first.
I have been offered a darton sleeved block. £1000
I can transfer my rods and pistons over and then I will never fear of liner issues. no matter how much I track it.
The price is very good and they just done ever come up for sale here.
after a quick map session the other day. my tuner said my turbo and manifold were restricting more power and to get the best out of it, and he couldnt make it get to 400hp with anything he was happy to put his name to. And I need to upgrade to a ramhorn and something like a genuine GT28 or GT30.
But, I also one day will want a cage. which will help no end with handling. and improve my lap times. and I have a guy who can do this for a reasonable rice if I book in with him this next fortnight.
So, where do I go next?
The car runs, has done about 1300 miles on the current build. it pulls hard and handles well. no issues and im happy with it.
I know the turbo at some point will need to be changed, but its holding well. and making good power.
what power will stock sleeves take reliable? for hard track use, 20 min sessions at a time, 5 or 6 times a track day on the redline? should I be worried this is a ticking time bomb?
should I sort the cage out before adding more power? maybe this will compensate the power and add speed through cornering ability?
if this was you, what would you go for first?
ideal world ill go and get all 3 done in one hit. but right now I can only afford one of the above.

Re: What would you do??
I would caged and track it as it seats. After a season or two, you will know what you need to do next. My guess would be more seat time. As we all know, when it comes to road racing, seat time > power.
As for reliability of the current stock block, a good tune will serve it well. But, when it come to redline racing, it is hard on any block built or not. If I have the extra money, I would grab that darton sleeved block since it is hard to come by. Good luck

Experience level?
Little to none, dump the turbo, and cage your car.
Build the engine when you get much much more seat time.
Until you can out drive most superior hp'd cars at or near stock you shouldn't be looking at boost.
Too many people put the cart before the horse.

Experience level I'd say is good.
Without trying to sound as though I'm some f1 level driver.
Done a number of UK tracks in my old dc2 and times were decent.
This is however a completely different beast. A whole new level.
So I get that I will need to relearn the car and the difference in power.
I am a little worried about the possible liner issue. And I'm also aware that a cage will not only supply me with the saftey feature. But also massively increased stability.
It's just I can only afford to commit to one right now.
Else where, a friend of mine has said to get cage too. So I think that's where I'll head
