What's in bold is what I was saying in my original post, again you didn't even read, you decided to attack my post to show how knowledgeable you were in the F1 news scouting business yet your report was fronting on the official level. Nothing has been officially announced about that yet.

I'm thinking the same. They can "offer" whatever they want, doesn't mean they have the $$ yet. Shame that they screwed the pooch on this one. They should have spent that money and effort on getting a US race rather than a team.

HRT's car looks so boring compared to all the rest of the cars this season. I don't know why but I was hoping for something flashy. I'm a real big fan of the Lotus car right now though. Actually, I think I like all of the cars this year except for HRT.

We're down to 1 week, gentlemen
If you're able to watch it (*cough*JustinTV), remember that BBC covers all of the free practice sessions for the first couple of races. In Malaysia last year, they broadcast practice sessions with no commentary - it was 1.5 hours of pure blissful F1 engine noise.

Such a fantastic book I just finished the chapters that went over his time with Lotus. It's a great motivational book too, not just about his achievements on the track but about a man who had such a strong belief in himself that he would do whatever was necessary to achieve his goals.

It's not quite the read I thought it to be, but it gets better the further I go... I will give it a to this point.

Philip Morris pulls out of IndyCar - will Ferrari be next?
Penske loses Marlboro livery
Team Penske will not run in its familiar Marlboro livery in the IndyCar championship this season.
The multiple title-winning squad unveiled its new black and white colour scheme today. Tobacco giant Marlboro/Philip Morris will no longer be sponsoring the #3 and #6 cars of Helio Castroneves and Ryan Briscoe, as it has done for the past two seasons.
It will be the first time since 1990 that a Penske car will not compete in the red and white design. All three 2010 cars, including Will Power's Verizon Wireless-backed machine, will run in the new livery.
Penske Racing president Tim Cindric said: "This represents a change for us, but we are excited about competing with three cars this season and looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead for Team Penske."

Damn, the red and white Marlboro livery is arguably the most famous open wheel livery of all time. RIP.
New livery ain't bad though...
Ferrari's Marlboro deal goes until the end of 2011...after that I'm sure they'll be gone. The only Marlboro branding left on the car is on the engine cover anyway. Santander is signed up until the end of 2013. The cars always have been, and will always be predominantly red.

For the past yr up until now Force India has been firing alot of their senior staff.
Another one leaves today.
Do you think most of them left voluntarily or fired?
Well i hope at least Mike G's aggressive will push Lotus as best of the new teams this season.

Key left to join Sauber...Phillips looks like he's getting too old for that stuff.
