iCARD help, please
I'm hoping that any of you guys who have an iCARD could help me pick one out. I'm most likely going to be buying one tomorrow or the next day but I just can't decide between the $130 version or the $200 version with the exact same capabilities but with advertised better durability and build. I'm having a hard time justifying a ~50% markup for nothing more than apparent increased durability. However, I'll be really pissed if I buy the cheaper version and it breaks (both versions come with the same 1 year warranty).
So have any of you guys bought either version and have any pro or con input on yours? Thanks, guys!

Well I don't have one but I did call iCard directly. They told me that the cheaper version was orginally built for the average fan who only uses the system a couple times a year. I was told that the cheaper version would not withstand the use a racer would put onto it... using it 10+ times a year, thrown in a gear bag, etc... Like I said I dont know from experience only what the manufacture told me... Your best bet would be to give them a call and ask them directly

I just went ahead and ordered the beefy one, the iCARD Pro. For as many races we do ourselves or go to, I figured it was some insurance for the use it'll get. I'm also getting my buddies Advance SP off of him for $30 - and it's even orange!
Thanks for your help, guys!

I'm not sure which one we have, but I have used it with both a Gameboy Color and a Gameboy Advance. The illuminated screen on the GBA makes for a slick setup. Watching an enduro without it just isn't the same.

Damnit, that would've saved me $30 but I already ordered mine. Oh well - thanks for letting the people know!
