Rusting from inside Pics inside
What is the best way to deal with this?
There are 4 TINY paint bubbles on the other side that I couldn't even see until I went to sand.
Car is getting painted.
I know they really should be cut out because rust did penetrate through in the tiny bubbles but that isnt happening.
That being said, what is the bets way to prolong the inevitable? Still very very solid

Get off as much of the rust as you can. The best way is to start with a wire wheel and finish with coarse scotch brite-type sanding pads. Blow any dust out, clean the surface well with final wipe or 91% alcohol and mask off more than a foot around any scuffed areas. Cover the exposed metal and any remaining rust with self-etch primer.
Getting the rust off is important. Rust is porous and no matter how well the material you cover it with flows, if the rust is thick enough there will still be a layer of rust between the coating and unrusted metal. This lets air reach the metal underneath and allows the rust to continue spreading. There are fairly inexpensive sandblasting guns that can help with the job. Rust converters work well at changing rust into other materials but don't help nearly as much as locking uncorroded metal away from the atomsphere.
