Rust fixing help?

Rust fixing help?

Okay so before i can do anything i have to sand away all rust first right and then prime it and sand it again right???

It's not that bad its only about 2 inch rust on my back panel..and it hasn't go through yet.
I also heard that the primer kills the rust right??

You need a rust converter to stop the rust. Most primers just cover it up.

ok ya just sand it down and then if theres any lil pits in it then u can bondo it and primer
