Default quick question

to anybody that knows about sanding so i had sanded my car and it was left all black with white spots so then i didnt have money to give the car a good paint job so i ended up painting it with krayola spray cans semi flat black but now the paint is starting to look kinda funny so im thinking of sanding it again what kind of sand paper should i use to take off the semi flat black

Huh? So you painted your whole car, and you want to sand off the paint you used? I would just DA the whole car with 320 grit to get as much off as possible.
