Default quick question.
i need to paint some screws flat black, which would stick better to the screws black primer (in a can) or like a flat black krylon spray paint?

powdercoat them

or use the primer... thats usually what primer is for... adhesion... it will stick better then paint.. because paint is meant to go on top of primer
