He sells them, there's no way he's going to tell you. I asked a simple question about if it was a liquid application or a chroming process and received no answer. While I respect their secrecy, as a consumer I'd like to know what my $550 is going for...not including the core cover.

Painting my valve cover this weekend and I have a question about paint. My engine tends to run pretty cold so would it be ok if I didn't use high temp paint? What temps can regular paint withstand?

normal paints are fine on cam covers so it doesnt matter, just make sure you do it right and dont use cheap cans

my next one i wanna do it nickel plated or gold plate. anyone know anything about gold plating and how it would hold up? i understand there is different types of plating and some are better than others. i just wanted something cool for shows and that kinda thing not for everyday.

I've been browsing page after page of VC's, don't have my own to contribute yet but need my post count up to 5 lol. I liked the plaid one the best, I forget where it was now. I plan on painting my VC, should I use high-temp spray paint to be sure? and what should do you guys use for sanding?

painted this for a friend. was originally only gonna be white but then i cut my finger shaving the "H" and then just added red paint to the real blood drops then cleared. whatcha think?

i would much wrather have a TiN coating or Ion Nitride coating. much better. plus i work at a machine shop, so these coatings are for serious industrial applications.
