Default How to fix this?

How do I fix this little area thats rusted? Do I cut it out and weld in new metal?

And what do I do with this? Picklex 20, then paint?

going to have to cut and replace that piece. If you're good at welding, you should have no problem at all fixing it

That's a cut and weld job sir.

However, if it's not a structural part, you can get away with not welding. Using a panel bonding adhesive to glue another piece of metal in there, might work.

ok for door spots...take a grinder and a sanding wheel of 100 grit and clean it up...that rust doesnt really go that far into the metal...the other piece on the QP cut and weld...that what i did on my EF
