Default Dent on Driver Panel

I have a few fairly large dents from when a truck backed into my parked car. Is it possible to get the dents popped out without any other frame work being done? I’m not worried too much about the paint, moreso about how huge and ugly the dents are. Photos incl.

Most shops won't bother going through removing that dent, they'll just cut the panel out and replace it with a new one. Same goes for the door; pulling those dents would be far more costly in hourly rate then just to cut and weld in a replacement.
