Default Does the Dealership Clean Engine Bays??!

I searched and see a lot of topics on ppl cleaning the engine bay themselves.. well, i would if i trusted myself, lol.. i am just wondering though, does the honda dealership clean engine bays? mines pretty darn dirty and greasy and just looks completely dirty and it bugs me.. my exterior doesn't match my engine bay since i always wash the outside only

well if u dont want to damage nothing then here is ez and safe way to clean it

get a bucket of water and soap
cover ur alternator dizzy, wires etc
get a sponge and dip in water and wash painted area only
and dry it off with a air compressor or a towel
and bla ur done!

dont hose it if ur not comfy with it,

and make sure cover spark plug area and INTAKE if u got after market ones..

dont be scarred your not goin to hurt anything, i use to detail cars at a honda dealership


just get a towl and cover your dist, get some simple green/all purpose and spray the **** out your bay when you start sparying the dirty spots youll see it working, if you need to get a brush and scrub a little, take your hi pressure hose an spray the bay clean, just dont spray the dist and youl be fine

i already knew what to do smart guy. jsut didnt wanan really do it myself and jus get it done somewhere quicker
