Default body work issues

so when i bought my car the passenger side rear quarter panel was pushed in about 1 cm cause the previous owner got backed into at low speed in a parking lot, i didnt care cause they took $1000 off the price but now its buggin me everytime i look at it. ive gotten it pretty much back to where it needs to be but the panel has a slight horizontal bend in it running about half the length of the panel starting in the back. i can do small dents and bang out large problems easy but ive got no clue how to fix this and make it not look like **** and i dont have the money to take it to a pro. i was wondering if any of you guys had any pointers? i was kinda thinking make a mold of the undamaged side and then sort of reform the panel around that? but that seems like a kind of time consuming and over complicated process.
