Room for rent in nice Des Moines house!

$400 a month for 1 bedroom in a beautiful house on 1/3 acre green lot with patios and shop and close to downtown Des Moines. Close to bus routes and freeways.
No smoking in house/no drugs/no pets/must be clean & respectful.
Bed room is 9’6” x 9’ with closet.
Share upstairs level with 2 other male tenants in their 20’s.
Newly remodeled kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, fireplace, new washer and dryer, and lots of storage.
Share utilities and oil heat and cable (if desired).
Must pass credit check. Non-refundable $40 application cost.
Move in cost is $1,200. First and last months rent and damage deposit of $350 (refundable) and carpet cleaning ($50 nonrefundable). Financing may be available upon request if your credit is good. If willing/able to move in this month we will prorate!

Basically our landlords are leaving it up to us to find a roomate. Trying to find someone we will get along with well instead of some boring/lame stranger. It really is a nice place, if interested let me know and i'll get some more pictures up.
