anyone good with carb adjusting?


cant seem to get everything adjusted properly after carb clean and motor swap.

after putting the carb back together I backed out the idle and throttle screws 2 rotations.
everything else was untouched since it ran good last year

with that. it idles and changes speed from low to high but the overall speed with blade engaged is lower than normal.. so it dies rather easy under load
if I rotate the governor CCW just slightly it runs faster but dies as soon as the blade is engaged...

I don't know much about carbs and tried best I can. but cant get that **** to run properly
