prices are kinda high, does that 3400 dollar kit include HID headlamps or non/hid?

I dunno if he is allowing the HT discount with it, otherwise its like $170 off.

danggg !!!!!! man im sure they are in the newest condition but u still have to paint it and it still has to go to body shop lol... i found one of rmy frined for 1700 w/o HID's but thats still expensive w/ HIds lol
