Default Inspection with s300

Ok so I know this is a common mishap but I have a fully built and boosted 2000 civic si. I need to pass emissions here in Jersey but with the obd1 hondata, the ecu won’t read. I no longer have the map sensor connection so I believe I can’t put stock ecu and injectors in and pass without the map sensor. Anyway around this or anyone know a place here in jersey to pass? Anything helps

Not without the proper sensors from what I remember in NJ. Time to find an address outside the state that doesn't use emissions and call it wrap.

Not to sound cold, but you guys in these heavily monitored emission-states need to read up on the laws before you start investing heavily in your modifications. Or at least start researching with some shops/refs "in the know" before you go this deep.
