Default Reverse lights not working.

The searches I've done relate to Automatic or auto to manual swaps but not specifically to fully manual transmission so here we go...

Car: 93 civic SI (manual of course)
B series motor.

I replaced the reverse switch in the tranny with new one.
Checked fuses under hood (7.5 checks good). Checked fuse #15 under dash for reverse and it is good.
Replaced bulbs on tail lights with new ones (1156).

What the heck have I missed? My reverse lights still do not work.

All my other lights do work (brake/parking/turn signals/headlights)

Volt meter is your friend here . You would probably need to check the wires surrounding the switch and maybe routing 12v to see if the bulbs will light up themselves .

The wiring could be getting shorted out somewhere.
