LED cluster doesn't work - bypass dimmer?
okay do this for me, take the led's out of the cluster while still in the bulb holders, now take a 9volt battery or 12volt power supply and connect the leads to the copper pads of the bulb holder, if it doesn't light up you need to adjust the pins of the led bulbs towards the sides to maximize contact. Also CHECK THE DAMN FUSE...
I've got a full RGB smt led strip cluster conversion in my civic's cluster with a standalone controller that's connected to the positive and dimming negative leads of the cluster, the lights work perfectly fine and dimm as normal. I before this had blue flex strips connected directly to the bulb holders that the incandecents were originally plugged into, again I had zero issues with the dimmer what so ever. People that have posted do know what they're doing so it's either gonna be the bulbs or user at fault...

Dude, seriously you have issues reading and comprehending. I never said to plug the damn thing back into the dimmer switch.
And to be quite honest, considering your lack of ability to read and understand, how do you know you even replaced the correct fuse?
I'm personally done trying to help some ungreateful fool who thinks by bypassing his dimmer switch, his LED's will be function like his friend who has an EDM cluster. For all you know, you might just have to turn up the dimmer switch to full brightness and your LED's might have worked. But damn your lack of comprehension is frustrating me to no end.
But for the record, DONT CONNECT THE PLUG BACK INTO THE DIMMER SWITCH. I"M POSITIVE THIS WORKS BECAUSE I JUST DID EXACTLY AS I'VE INSTRUCTED 5 MINUTES AGO. IF IT DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, YOUR PROBLEM LIES ELSEWHERE!

I was just double checking about the plug.
Didn't work eaither way.
I've checked the fuse.
Everything works fine with my sock lights, and the LEDs work fine when not in the cluster.
The two wires you told me to hook together, doesn't work.
Thank you for your help, and yes I do have a reading comprehension problem.

Try this, plug the cluster in, turn the lights on, if the led doesn't light up, spin the bulb holder around and try it again, humor me with this one please...

Are you working with EG and an EK.

Ok, then if the climate control lights up but the cluster still does not, then your LED's or your bulb holders are not making contact. There's not many other things you can attribute this to.
Yeah I figured most of it out.
And its teh RED wire to teh BLACK wire. You keep the RED/BLACK wire together.
Problem is now I can't get teh cluster to work with ALL my LEDS.
I re-wired everything, did the paper clip trick.
But forgot to take 2 LEDs out.
Everything lights up, but when I try to put more LEDs in it doesn't work.
