Default HID issues

ok im just wondering what the most common issue is w/ a PNP HID kit

ok my project has been sitting for awhile now and i think the battery is weak

my problem is i hooked up my KNOWN working new HID's and when i turned on the headlights they both turned on but the passenger side flickered and shut down

now i shut off the lights and disconnected the drivers side bulb then let only the pass. side on and it worked fine

my lights are dim so i know the battery is weak but would that cause my problem

they are wired 100% correctly

probably a defective ballast. Swap sides on the ballast and see if the problem follows the ballast.

You can purchase a wiring harness for the PNP kit. That should eliminate the issue.

i have the same problem and in need of help. i have the micota hid pNp in my integra w/jdm front end, when i turn on, my passenger side would come on and then die. i switch the ballast from my passenger side to my driver side and it works fine, the next day, i turn them on again and my driver side would come on and then die, so now what do you think it is? is it the ballast or should i get a wiring harness for the pNp kit?

Ive had the same problem, my driver side would come on then turn off, my problem was the pin inside the plug, it had gotten pushed out slightly so it made weak contact, so check them out make sure the rubber gasket isnt sticking out. Let me know what happens.
