Default hid alignment issues

hello, i recently just installed a xentec hi/lo beam bi-xenon 4300k hid kit on my 99 civic ex coupe. i installed everything perfectly and my headlights are aimed spot on. the problem im having is.. everytime i turn my high beams on, my drivers side light goes lower then the passenger side. its wierd. ive double checked everything (thinking that the bulb was put in up side down. everything is insalled correctly though. not sure if its suppose to be like this but its getting very annoying. any help? thanks guys

What type of "hi/lo" kit is it? Movable shield or separate bulb?

Do a proper bi-xenon retrofit and you won't have this issue.

its the kind that slides back. i found what the problem was, the tabs that keep the bulb locked into the metal housing broke off so when the shield moved for high beams the bulb itselft was moving around.
