I just bought an 03 civic but didn't think to check the headlights before buying.
Well anyways it looks like the guy before me tried installing an HID system.

I have lights, but they are super dim, and my high beams don't come on at all.
From what I was looking at online it should have been relatively simple installing those, but he has wires with electrical tape all over the place.

Also one of my headlight fuses keeps blowing. Probably has something wired wrong. Plus there is a wire just hanging out, i have no idea what it goes to.


Let me say this, I have no idea how to install headlights or even wire them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
