Default freshly made EG hid headlights

Finally got my hid headlights made. Ill show you what i did.

First i bought a pair of ebay JDM headlights that came with corner lights (not shown) for $105 and they are glass i was surprised

And a set of catty XLR Bi xenon HID lights for $232

As soon as i got the headlights i put them in the oven at 300 for 10 min

then separated them

took out the shiny reflective **** and cut the were needed

painted the inside black

And finally installed the catty HIDs, even use the original adjustment screws and had to add one

Then, put them back in the oven for about 5 mins to heat the clue up and put the housing back together to finish them off

I didn't make a inside shield to cover the HID housing cause i think it looks cool that way. so all together i paid like 340

Also does anyone know how to hook the high beams up. There is 4 wires, two for the hid ballas and the other two for the high beam solenoid

same I'd like to see how nice these cutoffs are...oh yeah!!!!
No idea on how those high beams work; bi-xenon out of my range sorry. =X

btw, I would've been happy just finding jdm lights like those and keepin em that way (unless the ones you got weren't in that great of condition).

Looks good, get some nice shrouds on there and you'll be golden.

not bad. I'm guessing for the high beam, one wire is probably for the power and the other one is for the ground.

i know that osram bulbs color shift to a pinkish colour when the life of the bulb is almost done, and philips bulb are more blueish and gets dim when they color shift.
