Hey i have a 03 civic si ep hatch.
I just brought some xenon hid kit plug n play 10k H4. and for some odd reason when i just plug n play, it doesnt turn on at but when i switch the hi beam on the hi beam just turn on. Also i switch the pins and when i turn on the lo beam, the hi beam bulb turns on.
But when i putted in my friends 97 ek hatch, everything works with no problem.
So i tried to used the relay wires on my car and it works, but the driver side is brighter than the passager side. Thats alil off..
But when it waz in my friends car, its alot brighter compare to the 03 ep si.
So if yah can help me out n layout some tips or guide me the way to get it working right thanks...

 

sounds like you have a HID Kit with a Xenon Low and a Halogen High beam..

correct?



thats the pin out.. in general... even if you swapped the pins... you might've just swapped the wrong pins...

there are 3 pins, high,low, common... depending on the car.. the common might be positive or ground...

the ballast, most likely, doesn't work if you accidentally wired it backwards... so you might just end up having to make your own harness.

i suggest you do... i've made a few diagrams

but imo, mine suck.. so go to hidplanet or search h-t for better ones.

 

Hey thanks for the help dude.. but umm now when i turn on lo beam it flickers but when i turn on hi beam the hid works but the hi beam bulb is off. Hid works but i dont know if its good to keep it that way.
