Default Cluster Lights & HID ?'s

Getting tired of plain dull white cluster lights. Want to idealy upgrade them to a super bright blue. I was thinking about LED's in the cluster, but how would I go about setting them in there? I cant find any kind of lights like the ones from the factory in the cluster anywhere. Radio Shack, autoparts places, nobody has them. Or im just looking in the wrong places. Also here another question, would the fact that I have the glass lenses on my headlights have any effect on a HID kit or Retro? I have a 94 Civic sedan EX 5 speed. ANy help would be appreciated

As for the cluster lights.
http://www.team-integra.net/sections...?ArticleID=316
Here is a small article about how changing a few bulbs can change the color. I've lost a bunch of my links and one of them were perfect about changing them and what types of bulbs you can change them with.

the site I would use to get the bulbs is,
http://www.superbrightleds.com/

I have the same car (mine is a LX though)

The top one, the neowedge series is the bulbs that fit our cluster. You could also buy leds for your climate or even change the lights for your blinkers too and what not.

Sorry I couldn't help with the HIDs, i have no knowledge.

The fluted glass lenses will make the cutoff blurry and possibly create some glare. It's the only thing stopping me from retrofitting my '92 Si. You'll need clear lenses if you want the sharp colorful cutoff that everyone is after.

All the info is in that link I qouted from crakermeal. I wanna say, that any of the mm sizes would work, but I wanna make sure so I am waiting to hear back from him on that one. Did you check out the link? Im going with Green, just cause its a nice accent color, and its still provides visibility. Unlike the Red. The purple and blue just arent bright or clear enough for me.

The "G3" in that reference in a 3rd generation Integra (94-01). Funny that a web site named "Team Integra" would be discussing modifications to the cluster of an Integra... The author is just being specific, since the 2nd gen cluster is different.
