Can you rephrase your question? I'm unclear exactly what you're asking.

Was this a plug-and-play HID kit?

Use the adjusters and follow this guide: http://www.danielsternlighting....html

Don't bother with the bubble levels on the lights themselves.

Headlights have shields in them, the driver side light shield keeps the beam lower then the passenger as to not blind oncoming traffic. Is it the driver side you are thinking you have a problem with?

no, both projectors on Integras are exactly the same. Most projectors (Integras included) have a "step" in the shield that put the left side of the cutoff lower than the right side, but both projectors have this same step. This pertains to LHD cars of course. RHD cars have the step going the opposite direction.

Properly-aimed projector headlights should have the cutoff dip by about 2" in 25 feet. So on level ground, 25 ft. away from a wall, the left (low side) of the cutoff should be 2" lower than the height to the actual center of the headlight. Also, both projectors should be aimed at the same height. The low side of each projector cutoff should be the same, and the high side of each cutoff should be the same.

As for side-to-side adjustment, the beams should be slightly "cross-eyed". That is, at a distance, the step in the beam pattern should converge to form what looks like one big stepping cutoff pattern.

I like this page from the Automotive Lighting FAQ for aiming instructions and diagrams: http://faqlight.carpassion.info/hl-aiming.htm
