Fast blinking turn signals in 94 Accord
I have a 94 Honda Accord EX 5spd. The fuse was out on the blinkers, so I replaced it with a 20 instead of the one needed (because that's all I had laying around, a 20). I was unaware that replacing a fuse with a higher rating would cause any trouble, but I'm thinking that having a higher rating fuse has now caused my blinkers to blink really fast when I use them. When I put on the emergency flashers, they blink slow and normal. But when I use the blinkers as turn signals, they blink really really fast. I replaced it with the correct fuse as soon as I could, and now every fuse is up to spec. Did I permanently damage the electrical for the turn signals, or is there a way to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated, and please mature responses only.

even though you blew the fuse.. which made it an open circuit.. after you replaced the fuse, now your blinkers go fast.
means to me, you have a resistance issue, since the fuse has nothing to do with the flasher.
put your lights on, with the 4 way emergancy switch.. and look at all corners. usually when there's high resistance (a bulb out), the blinkers go fast. could be a front, could be a rear.. but if a bulb is out, they usually blink fast.
let me know what happens.

You have a bulb out, it has nothing to do with the fuse. Put the proper fuse back in and change the bulb.
