I have no headlights right now

One bulb had no low beam so i replaced it when i did the safety a month ago.
A month later my passenger side is out (side i didnt replace) and my old lady tells me it's out, so I park and flick on my brights and they both went out.

Now I have no high or low beams also the lights to the side of the head lights are out. I just have fog lights, signals and tail lights. Also the high beam indicator on the dash is on.

Any ideas or are these 9 dollar bulbs from the auto parts store just junk?

This is for a 1990 Integra LS 2 door 5 speed BTW
