Default Cam Angle stuck at negative

Long story short, I stored my car for the winter early due to a blown heater core. Fixed it during spring. Put everything back and went for a test drive. Noticed that the car bogged like crazy during vtec engagement. Did a datalog on Kpro, turns out my Cam angle is stuck on negative. Everything was working fine prior to this. Car is a DC2 with a K20Z1 swap.
Any help will be very appreciated.

Look at the CMP A (intake cam sensor) and the associated wiring, this is your non-fixed cam position pickup, which detects cam angle...VTC. Being you didn't mention opening the motor, chances are it's not the VTC gear or the pulseplate. Could be, but my bet is on wiring/sensor.
