Default So try this again

Hi im levi ive done a ton of research and still have many questions as noobly as the ones before. I have a d16y8 bone stock sitting on 200000+ miles as this is my daily driver 98 civic ex...............(THE QUESTIONS) im looking for anywhere around 250 to 350 hp and i know there will be a whole lot of money involved which i dont care but im working on a set up and not sure the best way to go so tell me ur full set up and even that will help i tend to research alot anyway but it will be helpful. For beginers i wanted to start with arp head studs and air intake system then maybe a new radiator and intercooler as well as an ecu just so they are out of the way but the main things were pistons (wiseco) and rods (eagle) then intake manifold and throttle body (big or small?) (skunk 2 or edelbrock) then cam (crowder stage 2 or 3?) crank maybe (not sure). Thats all i can think of at the moment i know im missing things but let me know your set up or where to go from stock thanks.
