Hi guys, I'm nadeem from south africa, I drive a civic ek4 1997, have a problem with jumping rev counter while idling and driving, sounds like a relay clicks wen it jumps, and immobiliser nt functioning as well, this occurred after changing lugs behind headlight, first car would nt start, now it starts and has this jump, imobiliser light nt coming on as well, I checked all fuses, bt all ok, my stock alarm never worked since I had the springs changed bt imobiliser was functioning till nw, I think there a short with alarm system n immobiliser, bt dnt knw how to disable it, pleez advise me
