So I am going to start off saying that I know very little when it comes to building an engine from scratch now that isn't stopping me from learning how to
I have enough money to start off the project and more than enough access to tools to finish the job (and shops if need be) and hoping finish this way down
I'm here to ask about starting off building a B series such as;

-Where can I find the cheapest block
-GSR heads or not (explain a little on it please)
-What to look out for
-any tips tricks or advise

Any answer is greatly appreciated and would love to build my first engine and this forum was recommended to me to get the most help as I am novice when
any questions I am willing to take as well and try to use the best of my knowledge.

I went out and bought my own kit of a miniature model 4 cyl engine this helped me understand what everything does and why it does it. you might start there
