What's up guys? I have a 97 Honda accord ex. It is boosted already at 9lbs and lowered like 4 inches. 5spd with a stage 3 clutch it is the f22b1 motor. OK well just 2 weeks ago I was at the bar wit a buddy started talking to this guy bout cars and what not well I took him for a ride in my car hit 150mph then I lost all compression. Pulled over the oil dipstick was hanging almost completely out and I was pouring out white smoke out of the exhaust. Some people are telling me that I blew a head gasket others are telling me that I blew the rings out. Does any1 know what's really wrong? And where I can get forged internals for it because I'm trying to up the boost to 20-25lbs. Does any1 know if o can turn the boost up that much after I do a rebuild? I'll post pics later on today of the setup. Thanks guys!!

As my car is right now running 9lbs I'm Putin 210hp to the wheels was talking to the guy that built it he had it at 12lbs and had 240hp to the wheels and everything in the motor is bone stack beside a fuel mod.

Ik she's alil ditry but she'll get an overhaul cleaning while I'm rebuilding and the engine is a bit dirty from the oil dipstick popping out that'll all get cleaned during rebuild

bisimoto makes forged internals for the accord engines, they are quite expensive but well worth it, if you want to safely run 20-25 lbs of boost then you will want to sleeve the block.
your best bet would be to find a spare block to build then swap it in.
also we can not tell you whether its a head gasket you blew or the rings without having results from a compression test on the engine.

Wow! It's a good thing this wasn't in the FI forum where it should be. Those guys are pretty harsh. Put on a cold air intake and get more NOS! F&F forever!

How do you know you "lost all compression"? Did you do a compression test? If so, what were the #s across the board wet and dry? are you seeing oil in your coolant or vice versa? I would also inspect the head as well, valves and valve seals in particular.
