7lbs of boost and not going anywhere...
I have a drag turbo kit on my 94 GSR tuned with hondata...and its not pulling when I make full boost. I just hear the turbo spooling but it runs like an N/A car...I know i dont have a boost leak because the boost controller is tapped directly into the intake manifold, and its reading a steady 7 psi every time. I also am not blowing any black or white smoke, or burning oil....Ive checked the oil level periodically and its been the same. I also checked to see if the timing was correct....everything seems to be tuned right. Could compression be a reason? Im going to do a compression test next, but if I had bad compression wouldnt I be burning oil? Or wouldnt my motor feel weak when it was N/A? Because right before I put the kit on my car was running very strong. The only doubt I have is that the motor has 190,000 miles on it.....but then again i bought it with 153k from an old women who put mostly highway miles with it....so i think it should be in good shape....what do u guys think the problem could be? any input would be great. thanks

Are all the a/f ratios good. (aka getting fuel) What/When did it change from not pulling ne more. You sure your just not used to boost already? ha

tires are fine and its been this way since I put the kit on....people are telling me that it could be the compression....its def. not right cuz its just making a **** load of boost and not any faster then n/a gsr....the hondata was even burned for my car.....could it be because its not getting enough or too much fuel? its so weird, it just spools up and when its at 7psi (steady 7lbs every time by the way, so no leaks) it just doesnt pull hard at all...idk

Check your plugs again. Make sure they are gapped say like .030 just to be safe. Might be missing and you don't know it.

Kinda obvious, but are you getting full throttle? I think if you were super lean you would detonate audibly, or super rich it would smoke n' smell, so fuel might not be the issue. Definatly check the plugs like spooledex said for gap and clues of inefficiency. Ignition up to par?

it's tuning..... most people(not meaning you) just buy a hondata chip and put it in. Thinking it'll work without dyno time. Of course your car will feel slow and may be slow. get it on a dyno and you'll know. this just goes to everyone not just this dude....
simple math: stock GSR 145-155whp + 50-70whp(5-6psi) = about 220ishwhp
go to the dyno guy... you will not be dissappointed and plus you'll know a/f levels at every rpm points... wee wee wee yehhhh
