Has anyone tryed the blitz sbc-id
It saids that it has 4 programmable boost levels controller.
does that mean that it is a gear based boost controller?
like and i get 10psi in1st and like 15 in 2nd?

We haev the innovative in the car right now and it is being a pain in the ***.
It spikes boost like 6-8 psi and it cannot hold boost.
we gonna give them a call monday morning and see whast going on.

Have you used the innovative SASO?

I dunno if this would help...but I have the Blitz SBC-ID on my WRX and there are 4 programmable channels, for each one you do the set/gain settings. Basically you set it to reach a certain amount of boost on whatever gear you want (final gear that you'll end up in)
(ex: Set: 56, Gain: 20; yields me to 16lbs in 4th gear. So for 1st gear, its around 13.7lbs,
2nd - 14.5lbs,
3rd - 15.5lbs,
4th - 16lbs)

It isn't like the Apex where you can set it for each gear and rpm.
Hope that helps some.

oh ic so your asying its not like a gear based boost controller?
so you set you final gear boost and it will get there at the end of track?
But if it those that then how does it know your going to be in 4th gear?
or is there like a speed senor wire you tap into?

For me (wrx), there are just the hoses going from the actuator/wg and turbo to the solenoid. The way i figure is that you set the max boost level that you want and play around with it until you get the right amount of boost in the final gear. I'm not sure if that seems odd...but i can't really put into words that I mean. Sorry if your confused.

Thats a link showing the pdf file of the manual of the SBC-ID

Under the Boost section....it explains it a bit more clearly on how to set it up.

hope that helps
