Re: Member Introductions
Like I said, your car, whatever floats your boat. Personally, I don't care if someone steals a W12 out of a Veyron and puts it in their Civic. If it's got a bunch of non-OEM bodywork, and crazy two toned paint jobs, it's rice. It's that whole "The Fast and The Furious" style. I'm not into it, but it isn't my car. Do your thing.

'94 eh9 or '90 300zx? HELP!!!!
Hey I'm Aquemini. I've been a 'Honda head' since I got my first car at 19. I had a '98 ex coupe. It had a coilover kit off of a 2gen integra, front mount cold air intake, and carbon fiber exaust. I use the past tense bc it got stolen right on front of my house in Miami, FL. My guess is they thought it was boosting. Anyways that was then, when I knew very little about engines. Now that I am a technician for a living, I've rubbed elbows with many knowledgeable people and have started back slowly in the Honda world. I bought a 94 ex sedan, it has a D16z6 and ABS with rotors in the rear (pretty much the reason I bought it) and it was $500 Anyway I've racked up 270k on it and am ready to do the head gasket. Im at a cross roads right now bc I also own a '90 nissan 300zx and don't know which project to stick with. Sorry I don't have any picks yet, I'm knew to this forum stuff but they are coming soon. This is officially my first post, if anybody bothered to even read this.....thanks!

Hey I'm Anthony, 19.
Always drove cars that my brother had gotten me, but have been saving for the last couple months and finally bought my own car last weekend. 95 Civic Sedan EX. Got a civic because I decided I want to put my spare time into learning how to build my own car.
Hoping to learn a lot.
Cheers.

Hello again, my name is Gene and I am new to Honda Tech and I have a 95' del-sol I am currently working on slowly but surely. I had to sell my 08' civic "si" fiji blu pearl sedan too many mod's to list, anyway the del-sol is faster and still puts a smile on my face! Pics to come soon.

Re: Member Introductions
New member here, just picked up a 95 civic cx hatch. It had some hideous aftermarket wheels on it when I got it and have swapped those out for some oem integra wheels. Put about 4 hours of cleaning into the car and still a lot to go but here it is.
when I picked it up
and here it is after I have cleaned it up
Plan on doing a swap soon so its a work in progress

Re: Member Introductions
Hello, wanna give you a short introduction of me and my car. I come from Germany, had been driving a sedan for a short time, then switched to a coupe. Bought it stock and doing now some modifications from time to time. E.g. TypeR Recaros, GSR gauges, Denji projectors, ES bushings. Rear disc swap is comin soon, as well as Integra Type R rear stabilizer,ASR frame and Eibach lowering springs.

Re: Member Introductions
Good day everyone! I am new here, just joined yesterday in fact. Browsing the eg/ek thread and obviously came across this. So I figured what the hell, I will post my car on here. Despite the potential negative comments lol. I am just getting started on my 95' Del Sol. Love the car, is a trip to drive w/o any mods done to it. I am from the states, Indiana actually. I bought this car a year ago, and finally have enough cash flow to start making this project happen. I have many great ideas for the ride, just taking it one step at a time. so far I have 15x8.25 xxr 527 wheels with toyo 185x50 on them. When doing research I came across a blog that said on a eg just rolling the finders and lowering fits perfectly flush which is what i'm after. with all a do here are some pics.....
As you can see I need some body work, both rear quarters are shot. And I ran into a buddy (89 s-10 steel bumper) doing something stupid. So those are my next fixes. In the end I plan to keep it murdered out with carbon fiber hood, targa, and trunk. Some good one-off pieces JDM visor and door lamp. Along with UK style rear fog light etc. Not going crazy with any bodykits, but a good lip kit is a must! with small color schemes, ie red roll cage, doghouse, suspension pieces, etc. not to flashy, but a little flair.

New here and new to the Honda world! I've been building old school VWs for years and years, still own a couple of them, and I just got a 98 sedan Civic for next to nothing from my brother who moved on to a Hybrid car. Anyway, the car needs some maintenance and since I like to do all the work myself, I joined the forum here to get the info I need. Most of a lurker and reader than poster, but it seems I need to post a little to stay a registered member!
Hope I'll find the answers I need here!
